The week ended January 30, 2011 saw 14 sales, 23 new listings and 19 price changes in the Whistler real estate market.  Of the 23 new listings, only 17 were completely new to the market, the other 6 were relistings of properties where listings had previously expired or been cancelled.

"•December saw a small increase in activity in the Whistler real estate market, with 43 sales (compared to 40 in November 2010, and 34 In December 2009), 105 new listings (mostly re-listings) and 67 price changes – total market inventory is largely unchanged at 825 ...

Here are four cabins below $900k, all of which have had price reductions and offer great opportunities.  At their new prices I wouldn't expect any of these to last long. Click here for more details on these listings.
