Whistler real estate market update - sales, new listings and price changes for week ended March 27, 2011
The week ended March 27, 2011 saw 20 sales, 29 new listings and 25 price changes in the Whistler real estate market. Of the 29 new listings, the vast majority were relistings of properties where listings had previously expired or been cancelled.
Sales highlights this week were as follows:
- This was the busiest week thus far this year, and carries on the momentum that we've seen in the first quarter.
- The majority of activity this week was in Phase 2 and townhouses: there were sales in the Westin, Four Season and Coast Blackcomb Suites, and a number of townhouses in the $500k-1,000k range
